Interior design: The interior was finished with steel partition, collapsible aluminum door, vitrified floor tiles, Suspended ceiling, security doors, high quality sanitary wares, access control, cctv, data voice, sewage, water treatment plant, cargo and passenger lifts

Working condition: The location of the project was a big constraint due to the presence of active market. The internal HSE policy was adhere to while managing with GISL community management strategy.
